info

In Case of a Traffic Insurance Incident:

  1. When an incident occurs:

    • Immediately call 102 to inform the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA)/Traffic Police and invite them to the scene.
    • If there are injured persons, call 103 (Ambulance), 112 (Ministry of Emergency Situations), and other relevant authorities to save lives.
  2. Informing the insurance company:

    • Notify the vehicle's mandatory insurance provider immediately after the incident.
    • The hotline numbers of the insurance company can be found in the insurance certificate. If you do not know the numbers, use the 9707 SMS service.
    • To find out whether the liable vehicle is insured and which company provides the insurance, send the vehicle's license plate number to the short number 9707.
  3. Do not leave the scene:

    • Keep the damaged property in its original condition and present it to the insurance company (or its representative). Moving the property is only allowed in the following cases:
      • To prevent further damage or reduce losses.
      • To avoid obstructing the movement of others.
      • If the insurance company does not inspect the property within 5 days after being informed.
      • With the written consent of the insurance company.
  4. Submitting the insurance claim:

    • Within 3 business days of notifying the insurance company verbally, request the claim form from them.
    • Complete the form and submit it to the insurance company immediately.

Note: Following these procedures accurately and promptly will ensure a smooth and efficient compensation process.
